    Dom Bookman

    COO and Head of Investor Relations

    Dom Bookman is the Chief Operating Officer and Investor Relations lead at RV Business Solutions. With 12 years of experience in the tech industry, Dom is a serial entrepreneur specializing in business development, marketing, and growth strategies for leading brands. He has successfully piloted startups and facilitated multiple exits for early-stage companies.
    During college, Dom co-founded and sold an on-demand SaaS platform for restaurants, revolutionizing food delivery in hyper-local markets. His achievements have garnered recognition in major publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, and he has been honored as one of Texas’s top entrepreneurs under 40. Dom lives in Las Vegas and enjoys playing golf and running his family foundation in his free time.

    Roger Nuttall

    Fund Advisor

    Roger L. Nuttall served as President of Camping World, Inc. from January 2011. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of FreedomRoads, LLC from January 2009 to January 2011, and the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FreedomRoads, LLC from November 2003 to December 2015. From 1981 to 1983, Mr. Nuttall was a partner at McKay, Nuttall, and Reid, an accounting and consulting firm. Before that, he held various staff and management positions at Grant Thornton LLP from 1974 to 1981. From 1983 to 2003, Mr. Nuttall served as Chief Financial Officer and board member of Blaine Jensen & Sons, Inc., a multi-dealership RV company. He received a B.A. from Weber State University.

    Scott Degnan Cofounder

    Managing Partner & CEO

    Scott Degnan is the Partner and Co-founder of RV Business Solutions and President of Degnan Management Group, Inc., a consulting firm.
    With over 30 years of experience in the RV industry, Scott provides advisory and consulting services. His career includes leadership roles at Winnebago Industries, where as Vice President, he led significant growth in sales, revenue, and market share for the Motorhome Division.
    Scott was later named President of Winnebago’s Towable Division, overseeing revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic business initiatives. He also managed acquisitions of major brands, increasing the company’s consolidated revenue from under $900M to over $2B.
    Previously, Scott held executive roles at Coachmen RV, Fleetwood Enterprises, and MVP RV. He lives in Colorado, enjoys golf, and traveling with his family.

    Mike Lankford Cofounder

    Partner & President

    Mike has almost 30 years’ experience in the Recreational Vehicle (RV) Industry and provides advisory and consulting services to clients within that industry.

    Mike is also President of the Lankford Consulting Group, a privately held consulting company.

    Before RV Business Solutions, Mike was Vice President at southern California based McMahon’s RV, the Owner/Operator of Vacation Station RV, and Sales Manager for Mike Thompson’s RV, one of the largest and highest volume RV retailers in North America.

    Mike graduated from Norte Vista High School, played football for Riverside City College, and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands. Mike and his wife live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
